Things we need:

           (Vegetables 3 cups in total)

  • Cauliflowers
  • Beans
  • Green peas
  • Carrot
  • Capsicum 
  • Potato 
  • ⅛ cup of beet 
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 garlic
  • 2 medium sized tomatoes 
  • 2 spoons of MTR Pav Bhaji masala
  • 2 spoons of red chilly powder
  • 2 spoon of butter
  • 2 spoons of oil
  • ½ spoon of turmeric powder
  • Salt for taste
  • A pinch of sugar
  • A pinch of Asafetida 
  • 2 tablespoons of coriander leaves 
  • 1 lemon juice

Process:

First take a pressure cooker and cook all the vegetables with ½ cup of water. When the vegetables are done cooking, mash them into a paste and keep it aside. Heat the kadai with oil and butter, when it is hot, add the onion first then the tomatoes and fry it. After a few minutes add garlic paste and add the pav bhaji masala. Fry it for a minute. Then add the red chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and fry it. The onion and tomatoes should be soft completely. After that add mashed vegetables and mix it well. Add ½ cup of water, mix it and let it cook for a minute. While it is cooking add a pinch of sugar. Top with coriander leaves and rest of the butter and keep covered. Slit the pav in the middle and apply some butter on both sides. Heat up a pan, and roast the pav on both sides. Finally add lemon juice to top it off. You can eat it with chopped onions, green chilly, or lemon.
