Ingredients

  • 1.1  cup Yogurt (Chilled) 
  • 2.2  tbsp sugar 
  • 3.20 Golgappa Puries 
  • 4.½ cup Boiled potatoes (Mashed) 
  • 5.½ cup Boiled black gram / Kala chana  
  • 6..¼ cup Boiled sprouted whole moong 
  • 7. Salt to taste 
  • 8.½ tsp Chaat masala 
  • 9.½ tsp Roasted cumin powder 
  • 10.¼ tsp Red chilli powder 
  • 11.¼ cup Mint and coriander chutney (green chutney )
  • 12.¼ cup Sweet tamarind chutney 
  • 13.½ cup Nylon sev 
  • 14.2 tbsp Fresh finely chopped coriander for garnish
  • 15.¼ cup Pomegranate seeds(optional) 
  • 16. Black salt to taste

  • Instructions
  • 1 Firstly prepare the  Beat yogurt  with a whisk till smooth .
  • 2 Take a plate, arrange 8-10  puris or golgappas on plates You decide the number of puris to be served in each plate.
  • 3.  Make a small hole in each golgappa with your finger.
  • 4. Fill the boil potato,kala chana,sprout moong, in each golgappa.
  • 5.Pour yogurt from top of the golgappa. 
  • 6. Now add the chopped onions, tomatoes over it.
  • 7. After  this stage  sprinkle some chaat masala, cumin powder, red chili powder and black salt on the puris. 
  • 8. Drizzle mint and coriander chutney and tamarind chutney on top of 
  • the stuffed puris. Top of  the chutneys as per your  taste.
  • 9. again Add the yogurt in each poori.
  • 10.Now  sprinkle all the  dry masalas in each pories. 
  • 11.now  add  sev on the  top of each puris and get covered with the sev. Finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
  • 12.Serve immediately!!!
