ingredient

  1. 100gm fresh coconut shredded
  2. 100 gm sev papdi crushed
  3. 2 tbsp  sugar
  4. 2 tbsp amchur powder
  5. 8-10 cloves garlic paste
  6.  1 tbsp green chillies paste
  7. 1 teaspoon ginger paste
  8. 1  tbsp sesame seeds
  9. 1/2 tbsp dry grapes
  10. 2 tbsp fresh chopped coriander leaves
  11. Salt as per test
  12.  2 tbsp fresh pomegranate seeds(optional)
  13.  300 grams boiled potatoes
  14.  1 tbsp chickpeas flour
  15. 2 tbsp corn flour
  16. 2 tbsp crushed peanut 
  17. 1 teaspoon garam masala
  18. 2 tbsp boil fresh peas
  19. 1 teaspoon raisins
  20. 1 teaspoon cashew nuts

instruction 

1take a boil potatoes and grate them with grater

2 Take a mixing bowl add mash potato, boil fresh peas, fresh grated coconut.cilantro, salt, sugar, garlic-chilli-ginger paste, amchur powder, peanut, garam masala, pomegranate seeds, sesame seeds, raisins, cashew nut mix well.then lightly grace hand and make small ball and keep aside.

3 Now  take another bowl add mash potato,corn flour, chickpeas flour,salt mix and prepare the soft dough.

4 Take one ball from the prepared outer layer mixture and using greased hands lightly flatten it like a Puri shape.Place 1 Tsp stuffing in the medium.

5  Lifting from the edges close the pettis and give it a ball shape.Prepare all Pettis in the same way.

6  Heat Oil for frying pan and then lower to medium flame. Fry 5-7  Pettis at the  time.

7  Once they feel a little stiff on moving them with a skimmer then increase flame to high and cook till golden brown colour.take out a kitchen paper towel.

 Serve enjoy hot patties with green chutney and red sweet chutney!!!
