1. ⅙ cup chana dal
  2. 1/4 cup urad dal
  3. 1 cup rice
  4. 1/2 cup moong mogar dal(yellow)
  5. ½ cup moong dal (green )
  6. 3-4 tbsp curd
  7. 2 tbsp ginger chilli paste
  8. 2 tbsp oil
  9. 1/2 cup crushed corn
  10. 1 cup cilantro 
  11.  Salt for taste 
  12. Pinch of hing
  13. Pinch turmeric powder
  14. 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  15. 1 tsp sesame seeds
  16. 1 tsp Eno


1 Mix all dal and rice and wash properly and soak water in 6-8 hours or overnight.

2 Take a dal mixture in a jar add curd and grind without water. Take out in a big airtight container and put in a warm place so they make a mixture that is fermented.

 3 After 6-8 hours they change the colour and it feels very  light. And then  Add chopped calintro  and coarsely crushed corn, salt ginger chilli garlic paste asafoetida pinch turmeric powder and oil mix it well.

4 Now add eno pouch and 1tbsp hot water beat continuously and mixture  in a grease oil  plate. Sprinkle red chilli powder and sesame seeds.Steam for 10-12  mins. Take out the plate and spread the oil and rest for  5-7 mins. And cut it into pieces.

5 Tasty and healthy sweet corn  dhokla is ready to serve with coriander chutney and sweet chutney.
