- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup rava
- 1/2 packet Maggie masala noodle
- 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (carrots, beans,capsicum green peas)
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- ½ teaspoon urad dal
- 6-8 curry leaves
- ¼ teaspoon mustard seeds
1 Takea bowl in Rava and oats in a mixing pan.
2 Make Maggi as per pack instructions.
3 Now Heat oil in a pan ,put some mustard seeds, and urad dal. then add curry leaves and asafoetida and pour the tadka on Rava and oats and mix well. now mix well.
4 Add chilli ginger paste mix again .
5 Add yogurt and salt in batter with the help of water. Rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
6 Add fruit salt or eno in the batter and mix well. The batter will become soft and light.
7 lastly, Add chopped vegetables and again mix well. The batter constantly should be thick.
8 Graze the idli stand and first put cooked maggi and then put idli batter on it.
9 Steam in an idli steamer for 10 to 12 minutes.
10 After 10 minutes remove hot idlis from steamer and server cocounty chutney and Sambar.
12 it tastes awesome and kids love to eat this bounding.
