1 250mg milk

2 2 tbsp milk powder

3 2 tbsp sugar

4 Gulkand: 2 tbsp

5 ½ tbsp Fennel seeds:

6 Cardamom powder: 1/4 tsp

7  5-6 Betel leaf

8 Tutti Frutti

9 ¼ teaspoon vanilla essence

10 1 tbsp chopped almond/pistachio

11 2 tbsp corn flour

12 1 ripe banana


1   Firstly, take a sous pan and add milk,sugar and corn flour, mix well. And stir until they become boiled. Keep aside.

2  Put sauf, gulkand,banana,cardamom powder,vanilla essence into a blender jar.and mix well.blend everything.

3   Also Wash the betel leaves well. Roll and cut them into the blender jar as well.

4  Pan masala is ready

5 Now take another bowl and add corn flour milk and pan masala paste mix it.

6 Take a glass or plastic container, and transfer the ice cream mixture into it

7 Garnish with tutti frutti and chopped almonds and pistachio.

8 Close the lid and transfer the mixture in the freezer for about 6-8 hours to set

Serve and Enjoy chiiled  Refreshing pan and Gulkand ice cream
