Ingredient

  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • ½ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder 
  • 1 tsp  dry fenugreek leaves (optional)
  • 100gm panner cubes
  • Salt for taste

  • ¾ cup gram flour
  •  
  • 2 tbsp rice flour (optional)
  •  
  • ¼ tsp turmeric / haldi
  •  
  • ¼ tsp kashmiri red chilli powder 
  •  
  • ¼ tsp asafoetida
  •  
  • ¼ tsp chaat masala
  •  
  •  Salt for taste
  •  
  • ½ cup water
  •  
  • ¼ teaspoon eno
  •  
  • oil for frying

instruction

  1. Firstly, in a mixing bowl take 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, ½ tsp chilli powder, ¾ tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp kasuri methi and  salt.mix well.
  2. Now add panner cubes  in  masala. keep aside.
  3. Then take a bowl and add  besan and  rice flour, salt, turmeric powder, red chilly,chaat masala in a mixing bowl.and mix well.
  4. After adding water and making smooth paste. 
  5. also, add a pinch of eno  and mix gently.
  6. dip  paneer into prepared besan batter and coat it completely.and deep fry in hot oil they turn golden brown.
  7. Finally, paneer pakora is ready to serve with green chutney or tomato sauce.
