  • 1 1 cup coconut  desiccated

  • 2 1 cup milk
  •  
  • 3 ¾ cup sugar
  •  
  • 4 2 tbsp cashew (chopped)
  •  
  • 5 ¼ tsp cardamom powder

  • instruction 
  1. Firstly, in a large pan  take 1  cup coconut ( desiccated) and 1  cup milk.mix well. So the coconut gets wet completley.
  2. now add ¾ cup sugar or jaggery. add more sugar for sweetness if required.mix it. And keep the flame on low.
  3. sugar starts to melt and the mixture turns watery.so keep the flame on low.
  4. milk starts to dry up  after 10-12  minutes and the mixture turns crumbly.then mixer lightly cool down.
  5. Now add  chopped cashew and cardamom powder. mix well.
  6. Then make small balls to form ladoo.and roll it with desiccated coconut.
  7. Finally, serve and enjoy healthy coconut ladoo.
