1 few stands of kesar

2 1 cup low fat yogurt

3 3 tbsp sugar or honey

4 1 tbsp slice of pistachio

5 1 ΒΌ cup full fat cream

6 4-8 ice cubes

7 1 tbsp milk


  1. .In 1 tbsp of milk mix the kesar strands and keep aside for 10-15 minutes. The milk will turn yellowish in colour.
  2. In a mixer, yogurt with the kesar milk, sugar, full fat cream blend it.To adjust the consistency of the drink.
  3. Transfer this mixture to glasses and sprinkle finely chopped pistachios  over it.
  4. You can chill them for an hour in the refrigerator or serve it just like that.
