1 few stands of kesar
2 1 cup low fat yogurt
3 3 tbsp sugar or honey
4 1 tbsp slice of pistachio
5 1 ¼ cup full fat cream
6 4-8 ice cubes
7 1 tbsp milk
- .In 1 tbsp of milk mix the kesar strands and keep aside for 10-15 minutes. The milk will turn yellowish in colour.
- In a mixer, yogurt with the kesar milk, sugar, full fat cream blend it.To adjust the consistency of the drink.
- Transfer this mixture to glasses and sprinkle finely chopped pistachios over it.
- You can chill them for an hour in the refrigerator or serve it just like that.
